Processing of Easements
Easements are a legal permit that grants a "servient" property to another "dominant" property, either to authorize access to the property through it, or to allow the passage of water or electricity installations.
This authorization is formalized through a notarial public deed and detailed plan, which is subsequently registered in the margin of both ownership titles, materializing as an encumbrance imposed on the servient estate.
This procedure provides security to the owners of the properties involved, as it clarifies and establishes, for both parties, the conditions under which this authorization is granted.
Help with the procedure to apply for water usage rights
In our country, the water code regulates the use and exploitation of water resources, whether surface water such as rivers and lakes or groundwater, with the aim of
prioritizing human consumption, protecting ecosystems, and ensuring their continued availability for productive uses.
The right to use water is granted through a concession, typically for 30 years, provided the resource is available in the tributary. Once obtained, it allows residents to
use the requested water and invest in more efficient water use during their daily activities, thus improving their quality of life.
